About
My research work concentrates on issues of culture and identity in contexts of public organizations and of organizing processes in and of public space. Research projects I was involved in over the years include interactions between clients and streetlevel bureaucrats in social security, organizational identity in higher education, administrative culture of municipalities and the social meaning of sport. Currently I am working on matters of sport, organization and identity: the organization of identity formation and of social mobility of youths in sport-for-development projects; cultural encounters and mixed identities in sports.
